Financial Intermediary SRO

Only those who meet the high quality requirements of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA in terms of education, work experience, training and management, may serve as a financial services provider in Switzerland. Our company, the Paycific International AG, is regulated by the FINMA and is a member of a self-regulatory organization for financial intermediaries (PolyReg, Zurich) and is therefore subject to a set of regulations. Addition is done in annual periodicity, controlled by external auditors.

As an imputed financial intermediary, we are legitimized among others by the inspection body MLA to provide electronic payments and related services.

Dinancial intermediary persons or companies operating with headquarters in Switzerland have to be connected to a self-regulatory organization or must have an authorization of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA.

PolyReg is a federally recognized self-regulatory organization (SRO) under Article 24 of the Money Laundering Act. The club takes to the members in accordance with its regulations perceive the statutory supervisory and monitoring duties and under the supervision of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA.
